What is the hiring process?

  1. Find your fit – search our open roles and find one that’s a match.  
  2. Apply - by submitting your resume and answering a few questions.  
  3. Candidate Review – The WM team will review your submission information.  
  4. Interview – meet with hiring team so we can both determine if we are a fit for each other.  
  5. Offer – Congratulations!  Your Tomorrow® with WM begins now! 

What happens in the Post Application Process? 

Will I be considered for multiple positions when applying for a specific position?  

  • In most cases, you will be required to apply to each job posting that you are considering.  

I was not selected for a position, what do I do now?  

  • If you were not selected, we recommend that you review other job postings and apply to those that align to your career goals.  

Can I withdraw an application?  

  • Yes, you can withdraw your application at any time during the process.  

 What do I need to know during my Interview Process? 

How can I prepare for my interview?  

  • In-person  
    • Be sure you know where you are to go, where to park, and who to ask for when you arrive.  Your interview scheduler, will provide details and answer any questions.  
  • Virtual  
    • Be sure to check your technology the day before and the day of to make sure it is working (internet, camera, audio); log into your interview 3-5 minutes ahead of the start time so you are ready to go, and finally practice, practice, practice answering questions that can come up about your skills and experience.  

Should I ask questions during the interview?  

  • Yes, the interview is for both of us to learn, so please bring your questions to the conversation.  

How should I dress for my interview?  

  • This can vary depending on the location and position, so please check with your interview scheduler for guidance.  

Do you offer relocation assistance?  

  • Some roles that will consider candidates from outside the job location, will provide relocation.  It will vary, so ask your Talent Advisor, if you are not sure.

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my interview?

  • Please reach out to your interview scheduler or the Talent Advisor, if you are unable to attend or need to reschedule.
